1. Return Timeframe
Our return and refund policy applies for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this 30-day period are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be sent back within 30 days of delivery
- Be in the same condition as when received
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
- Show no evidence of misuse, alteration, or damage not caused by Pacezy LLC
Items that fail to meet these requirements may be denied or may qualify only for a partial refund.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Because Pacezy LLC sells refurbished physical electronics, we do not accept returns for:
- Products sold “as-is” or labeled as final sale
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, unauthorized repairs, liquid exposure, electrical issues, or improper handling
- Products missing original parts, serial numbers, or security seals
4. Proof of Purchase
